I was able to make a duplicate key for a old Freightliner semi. There was no way to get the key code or cuts. The xhorse condor mini 2 had no way to cut or duplicate the key. Luckily I had the broken tip of the old key. I was able to tape the old tip in of the key on top of the new key. I proceeded to file the key down to the exact old tip of the key. To precisely duplicate the key. It took a lot more time and work but I was able to use the old school technique to get the job done to perfection. Below is a step by step pictures detailing my process.
